South Sefton Ju-Jitsu & Kobudo Academy was founded in 1994 by Sensei Peter C'ailceta.

  • 31 years of experience teaching martial arts.
  • 7th Dan in Ju Jitsu
  • 4th Dan in Kobodo
  • 2nd Place in World Sport Nunchaku Combat
  • 2nd Place in World Sport Nunchaku Freestyle
  • Masters certificate in self-defence
  • Member of child protection scheme
  • NVQ in Ju-Jitsu/sport and recreation

Our Location

Our dojo is in Bootle located in the Bridge Road Gym.

  • Less than a 5 minute walk from Bank Hall station.
  • Covered by major bus routes.
  • Easy to get to from Liverpool, Netherton, Litherland, Bootle, Waterloo, Crosby and Formby.

Our Dojo

The Dojo is fully equipped with:

  • Male and female changing rooms.
  • Toilets.
  • Wall-to-wall mats.
  • Lockers.
  • All the weapons you need for Kobudo and once you reach Shodan (black belt).
